Data and privacy

How data is used during the NoTimeTracker public beta.

Data we process

The service stores account names and email addresses, hashed passwords, workspace membership, projects, tasks, time entries, time off and financial figures you enter.

Why it is needed

Data supports sign-in, time tracking, team reports, access control and account recovery. Managers manage their team membership. The client role is intended for reports on linked client projects.

Sessions and email

The service uses a session cookie for sign-in and browser storage for themes, drafts and dismissed hints. Password setup and recovery messages use the configured email service.

Export and deletion

Time entries can be exported as CSV. Contact support to request account or workspace deletion. We verify the request and agree with the workspace owner on scope, timing and handling of backups. Do not delete colleagues’ data without consulting the owner.
