Have questions?
A few things before you start.
How long is access free?
NoTimeTracker is free for small teams during the public beta, without a seven-day limit. We will announce paid plans, terms and the transition date in advance.
What happens when I register?
A new workspace and its manager account are created. If you belong to an existing team, sign in with the account your manager created for you.
Can I add time without running a timer?
Yes. Add completed work manually with a date, duration, project, task and description. Entries can be edited within your access permissions.
Can I review time by project or team member?
Yes. Reports provide grouping by people, projects and tasks, date ranges and filters. Available reports depend on your role.
Does the forecast send invoices and accept payments?
The forecast helps you compare planned and actual figures. Invoiced and received amounts are entered manually; it does not automatically issue invoices or process payments.
Does it account for time off and working norms?
Managers can record employee absences. Reports take the working calendar and recorded absences into account when calculating working norms.
How much do accounts cost?
Free during the public beta. Paid plans will follow later; we will announce the terms and transition date in advance.
